Your Role and Responsibilities
This is a Management position that would lead our Networking Offering Management team. Responsible for providing leadership to a team of 5-6 Offering Managers that are knowledgeable and familiar with the networking space. This role requires a relevant product management background to help mentor and guide the team through executing a product development lifecycle mindset (concept, commit, launch) based on understanding the market opportunity and approaching it in an agile and iterative offering fashion.

Demonstrate ability in:
Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Specify requirements for the offering by conducting interviews with sales, customers, partners, service delivery, and vendors
Assess market competition, provide competitive updates and establish the offering's strategic differentiation
Develop the end-to-end user experiences across a variety of applications targeted for a variety of personas
Convey market direction, emerging partner/customer needs, features, and functional requirements, from which, product, UX Design and engineering teams can design and implement new capabilities.
Use data, partner/customer feedback, and market intelligence to drive decisions.
Establish and manage to KPIs including Revenue, profitability, NPS, and user adoption
Define and prioritize requirements in a hybrid Agile-based development environment, based on business unit priorities
Establish roadmap and present, using sales tools and demonstrations, to customers, partners and business leaders
Work with partners and vendors to expand potential business development, increase efficiency, and ensure offering quality
Collaborate with a dynamic extended team including engineering, finance, service delivery, marketing, support, operations and other offering managers
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years in a leadership role
At least 5 years' experience in Product Management
Experience in new product introduction with strong focus on establishing market credibility
Knowledge of the Networking market - technologies, vendors, and competitive landscape
Strong skills managing priorities and a product backlog with familiarity in Agile development methodology
Success in working with others, demonstrating a balance of leadership, autonomy, and collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on concise and clear writing
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 8 years' experience in Product Management
Demonstrated experience in public cloud services (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba)
Experience with as-a-service models
